Cancellation Policy

Studio 48 Scottsdale’s Cancellation Policies

Please read our policy before your upcoming appointment.

For all guests, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or changes, including consultations and follow-up appointments.

Non- Members:

1. Late cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 24 hours of the appointment date and time will result in an $80 fee charged to the card on file.

2. No-shows and missed appointments will result in a fee equal to the full retail service cost.

3. Neurotoxin and dermal filler appointments have separate fees: $80 for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours, and $450 for no-shows and missed appointments.

Members Only:

1. Late cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 24 hours of the appointment date and time will result in expiration of 1 member credit, or if credits do not exist, an $80 fee charged to the card on file. 

2. No-shows and missed appointments will result in a fee equal to the full retail service cost.

3. Neurotoxin and dermal filler appointments have separate fees: $80 for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours, and $450 for no-shows and missed appointments.
