Refund and Credit Policy

Purpose of Policy: This policy sets out the circumstance that a client is not entitled to a cash or credit refund, however is able to receive a Studio 48 Credit to account under authorization by Studio Manager. 

Studio 48 Medspa Scottsdale Refund Policy:

Studio 48 Medspa Scottsdale has a refund policy that states that once a package, series of treatments, or single treatment has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered. Package and service refunds in Studio Credit Bucks will not be prohibited unless authorized by studio management under the regulation of Studio policy. A studio credit may be applied to client accounts as “Studio Bucks” after further written authorization by management. 

Studio 48 Medspa Scottsdale Credit “Studio Bucks” Policy:

Studio 48 Medspa Scottsdale Credit Bucks may be applied to client accounts after authorization. Studio Bucks must be used within 6 months of authorization and application date. Client may not use Studio Bucks after the 6 month deadline. Client shall receive a copy of their Studio Bucks Terms upon request. 

Request of Consent:

At Studio 48 Medspa Scottsdale we offer some services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has begun or used in treatment. In consenting to be treated, it is important that clients understand and accept this condition. Client may receive their consent form upon request.
